This weekend was the beginning of our summer break. We decided to get out and go to southern Indiana to camp, hike and explore the canyons and caves of Clifty Falls State Park.

We have all been anticipating our summer vacation because we have several adventures planned. With trips taking us to both coasts, backyard parties celebrating birthdays and weekend camping trips our next two months will fly by in the blink of an eye. 

The next two weeks I will be preparing for our first big road trip. My list is long… super clean the house, weed/ maintain our gardens, meal plan, clothes plan, day plan, find places to stop, organize our camping things, clean the car, find the things we need and are missing, pack, all the while managing some summer activities for the kids, working, summer camp, swim lessons and hanging out with friends. 

We will all be busy working towards our trip but hopefully enjoying the start of summer!
