Home.

It’s our home. The home I share with my family. It’s where we dream big, love hard, laugh loud, fail miserably, shed tears, fight fairly (or try too!) and work through life all together.

It’s also this place, where I want to note our life in our home. It’s not prefect but amazing things happen most days and I want to write them down.

Travel.

We love adventuring through life. We do that by traveling when we can. Most of the time it’s cross country road trips as a family, sometimes it’s just the adults but every time it’s about the experiences that bring us a little closer and little more grown.

Which brings me back to this place. The place where I want to note those moments in our lives.

Making.

I’m a creative and I don’t use that talent enough or share it enough. I take pictures just about everyday, mostly of the things my kids do and some of them really should be seen. There’s times I make landscape plans for friends and friends of friends, which I should show off. Other times, I draw, paint, color and paste things together that I want to share.

So, this place is where I want to share my talents and passions. Hopefully, in story form and kind of like a journal. Sometimes, there will be stories about the changes, growth and down right hard things that I’m dealing with but most of the time I want this to be light. I am not someone who wants to spend time in the complaint department so I don’t want this to be about that.

So, welcome to Ten eighty-four, my home.
